J. NOEL, INC.

PRESIDENT AND FOUNDER:

JOSEPH N. ISABELLA, Esq. established J. Noel, Inc. in 1988. However, his journey to establishing this firm was not a conventional one at all.  

 

After graduating from Cathedral Latin High School, Mr. Isabella went on to obtain a dual bachelor's degree in Marketing and Statistics from Cleveland State University in 1977. Immediately after graduation, he was accepted into an accredited four-year Carpenter's Apprenticeship Program, where he quickly worked his way up from apprentice carpenter, journeyman, foreman, and superintendent, to eventual project engineer, project manager, and contract administrator.  

 

During his time in the trades, Mr. Isabella earned a master's degree in Accountancy and Financial Information Systems from Cleveland State University, which would ultimately serve to help him better understand the business side of the construction industry.  

 

After several highly successful career moves in real estate project management, consulting, and investment services, Mr. Isabella decided to enroll in evening classes at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, earning a J.D. degree with specialization in construction and real estate law. He is also a designated arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association.

 

Mr. Isabella and his wife of over 40 years, Maria, live in Cleveland. They have five grown children and six grandchildren.
